旋转机械振动状态监测中的不平衡量相位提取方法

摘要

介绍了在旋转机械振动状态监测中,为了准确地找出不平衡量造成的一倍频振动相位,而采用锁相环技术和DFT算法进行相位提取的方法。对信号采集时频率和误差关系举例说明,介绍了锁相环工作原理及锁相倍频硬件实现方法。最后通过DFT复频域算法得出不平衡量相位公式。%The paper illustrstes a extracting phase method using phaselocked loop technique and DFT algorithm,in order to accurately identify the one octave vibration phase caused by unbalance,in monitoring vibration status of rotor.This paper illustrates the frequency and error relationship in signal acquisition,and introduces the working principle of phaselocked loop and achieving hardware method of phaselocking frequency multiplication.Finally phase of unbalance can be obtained by using DFT algorithm on complex frequency domain.
