蔬菜基地重金属含量检测系统设计

     

摘要

针对蔬菜基地存在的重金属污染,设计了一种重金属离子浓度检测系统.该系统基于离子选择膜技术,研制了微小型的Cu+-ISE,利用电势测定法研究ISE的电化学响应性能,并结合一元线性回归建立电极电势与离子浓度的数学模型.基于STC89C52单片机和AD620运放器,设计了硬件检测电路和检测程序,实现了对离子浓度的测量、显示和存储等操作.最后,通过对Cu+离子溶液的试验验证了该检测仪的精确性.%A system of measuring heavy metal ion concentrations is designed for heavy metal pollution in vegetable base.Based on ion selective membrane technology, the system was developed the micro Cu+-ISE. Moreover, using electric potential measurement, the electrochemical properties of the ISE was studied. Then combining with linear regression, potential electrode and the concentration of the ions mathematical model was established. Again, the test hardware circuits and program are designed based on the STC89C52 micro control unit and the AD620 integrated amplifier. Operations on ion concentrations are realized, such as testing display, and saving. Finally, experiments on Cu+ liquid shows that the measuring instrument designed here has a favorable accuracy.
