基于FX1N-40MT的抢答器电路设计

     

摘要

基于三菱FX1N-40MT可编程控制器设计抢答器模块,使可编程控制器实训台功能更强,能完成丰富多彩且具有不同专业特色的实训项目.针对FX1N-40MT的输出点不够,采用软硬件结合的设计方案节省I/O点;针对模块电路体积的尺寸要求,采用FX1N-40MT的可编程元件特殊辅助继电器M8013编程为倒计时电路提供秒时钟信号、利用特殊辅助继电器M8011编程为超时语音报警电路提供100Hz的输入信号简化硬件电路以减小模块体积:采用顺序控制编程方法编写抢答器的指令表程序.电路具有抢答选手编号显示功能、抢答倒计时功能和答题超时语音声光报警功能,答题时间可在0~99 s范围内设置,抢答器具有小于15 ms分辨率.%Using Mitsubishi FXIN_40MT to design the module of apparatus which can distinguish preemptive response (hereinafter referred to as the AWCDPR) can make the practical training function of PLC more powerful, which can complete varied and specialized practical projects. In view of the problem of the limited numbers of output of FXIN_40MT, we adopt the methods of combination of software with hardware in order to saving I/O. Considering the volume of the circuit module, we use relay M8013 of FXIN_40MT to provide clock signals for countdown circuit, and we adopt M8011 to provide 100Hz input signal for the circuit of timeout voice alert dwindling the volume of module by means of simplifying hardware circuit. We compile the instruction list of AWCDPR by the method of sequence control. The circuit has the function of displaying the serial number of player who has priority to respond, countdown when the players vie to answer, sending out an acousto-optic alarm when the answering process is timed out. The timing of answer can be controlled from 0 second to 99 seconds , and the resolution of the AWCDPR is below 15ms.
