虚拟仪器在位移测试系统中的应用

         

摘要

With increasingly complex development of displacement test system and the enlargement application of virtual instrument, the paper based on the virtual instrument technology platform, using LabVIEW software to write program for design displacement test systems of hydraulic system. Introducing the hardware form and design process of test systems, and giving its program diagram and intuitive front panel figure, the system has strong scalability, this testing system can realiye displacement signal of data acquisition, transmit, storage, calls, analysis and display. And through the field test shows that this system has strong practicability, reliability and convenient operation.It can meet the need of education, industry.%随着位移测试系统日益复杂的发展和虚拟仪器的应用扩大化,文中以虚拟仪器作为技术平台,利用LabVIEW软件编写程序,设计液压系统位移测试系统.介绍测试系统的硬件组成及设计过程,给出其编写的程序框图和直观的前面板图,系统具有很强的可扩展性,该测试系统可以实现位移信号的数据采集、传送、存储、调用、分析和显示.并且通过现场试验表明此系统具有较强的实用性、可靠性和操作方便.能够满足教学、工业的需要.
