For the purpose of establishing a virtual network on the IP network to cut the operating costs and reduce the unnecessary middle cycles of sales, realizing the non face-to-face immediate transactions with the online information and identity confirmation, the paper provided a secure, dependable and manageable way of realizing the virtual network which exclusively established a logical database channel for clients in MPLS VPN. Via the tests on the MPLS VPN's capability,dependability, security and the effect of cost reduction, it proved that businesses could receive prompt and accurate information based on the low-cost, highly capable and resource-efficient electronic information platform or E-commerce platform.%基于企业在IP网上建立专用虚拟网络,降低运营成本,减少销售中间环节,实现非面对面的实时交易,确认网上信息和身份真实性之目的,给出了在MRS VPN网上为用户建立专用的逻辑数据通道,构建一种安全、可靠、可管理的虚拟专用网络的实现方法.通过进行MPLS VPN的高性能、高可靠性、安全机制和低成本的实验,得出了企业可得到及时准确的信息,拥有低成本、高性能、资源合理利用的电子信息平台或电子商务平台的结论.
