电子移相技术在测井仪器电机启动中的应用

摘要

论述了在测井仪器中使用的单相电机常规的启动方法及存在的弊端,指出了采用电子移相技术软启动的必要性,设计了采用TCA785移相触发集成电路进行电机软启动的电路.实践结果表明,该设计硬件简单,在电机启动电流减小到50%时,电机启动正常,运行稳定,提高了井下测井仪器的可靠性,提高了工作效益.%The paper dissertated the commonly start-up method and existent abuse of the single-phase asynchronous motor used in logging instrument, indicated the requirement and significance of using electron phase shift soft start technology.Designed the motor soft start circuit, it used TCA785 phase control IC.The experimental results indicate that the hardware design is simple , the motor can normally start up when minish the current to half,and run smoothly, it improve reliability of the logging instrument and the work efficiency.
