叠层功率母线在大功率变频电源的应用

         

摘要

针对大功率变频电源高功率密度的要求,提出了一种新型叠层功率母线.这种功率母线采用5层式叠层功率母线技术,运用这种新型功率母线可有效地减小功率母线寄生电感,降低功率模块开关过程中产生的尖峰电压和功率母线对电源系统空间的电磁干扰,同时可以增加伴生电容,有利于提高高频时的电容容量,减小电压纹波.通过新型功率母线的应用,母线寄生电感降至40 nH左右.采用0.47μF的吸收电容,就可以获得较好的吸收效果,简化了吸收电路.%This paper presented a novel terrace power generatrix used in high-power variable-frequency power source to meet the request of high power density of the power source. The power generatrix took the technology of the five terraces power generatrix. The novel terrace generatrix was propitious to reduce the power generatrix parasitic inductance,decrease the additional high voltage during the switching process, cut down the eletric interference in the power source system generated by power generatrix,add the parasitical capacity in high frequency process and reduce the ripple voltage. By the application of the novel power peneratrix,power generatrix parasitic inductance reduces to 4OnH, by 0.47μ F capacitor,it can get better absorption effects and simplify the absorption circuit.
