防弹衣生产线温度控制系统设计改进

     

摘要

Stove temperature controlling is a very important part in the bullet-proof vest fiber production line. This paper introduces a design of advanced intelligent temperature controlling system, which is built on distributed analog-to-digital sensor array. The temperature signals are transmitted to Human-Machine-Interface and host controller in the controlling center, based on the protocol RS485 MODBUS. The host controller operates a fuzzy PID arithmetic to yeild the value of controlling, and the controlling signals are sent back to the digital output module in the field in order to control the stove heater. At the same time, all the temperature and controlling information of real-time will be shown oft the Human-Machine-Interface. The practical field operation proves that this system gains excellent performance in precise and stability and response speed. And the whole production efficiency is improved greatly.%炉温控制是防弹衣生产线上至关重要的一环,文中设计的智能温度控制系统,采用分布式采集温度并转成数字信号,通过RS485的标准MODBUS通信协议,将数字信息传输到主控室的温度控制人机界面和主控制器,经过处理之后显示在液晶屏上面。同时主控制器采用模糊PID控制算法运算后,通过RS485通信输出去控制现场数字量输出模块,对现场加热设备进行控制。现场运行结果表明本系统温度采集精度高、稳定性高、控制效果好、大大提高生产效率。
