基于欧姆龙CPIHPLC和组态王的射流泵测试系统

摘要

射流泵广泛应用于各个行业，文中主要探讨射流泵在汽车制动系统中的应用，制动系统的真空助力效果关系到汽车的行驶安全．因此对其性能的测试至关重要。设计以欧姆龙CP1HPLC为数据采集及控制单元，以组态王作为上位机监控的测试系统．能够解决射流泵性能的自动综合测试问题，实践结果证明了该系统的有效性、可行性、经济性。%The jet pump is widely used in various industries,This paper discusses the application of the jet pump in a vehicle braking system.The vacuum booster effect of braking system related to vehicles 'driving safety.So its performance test is essential.The Omron CP1H PLC is used as the data collection and control unit and the Kingview is used as the PC monitoring in the test system.The system can solve automatic test problems of the jet pump.The results of practice has proved the effectiveness ,feasibility ,economy of the system.
