基于PROFIBUS-DP的变频控制在冷凝水回收中的应用

摘要

PROFIBUS-DP应用于对分散冷凝水的回收,通过对冷凝水泵电机的变频控制,不但组网容易,而且控制精度和控制决策更加简洁。组网时必须借助于通讯接口卡SI-P1,通过配置相应的软件,使普通变频器成为带有现场总线接口的变频器。按照锅炉补水箱极限水位,动态调节各分散处冷凝水的回收流量,使锅炉补水箱在储存冷凝水过程中不至于断流和溢出。%Application of dispersion of condensate water recovery,the condensate pump motor frequency control,not only easy networking,and the control precision and control decision-making more concise.The network must rely on communication interface card of SI-P1,through the configuration software,so that the general frequency converter become a field bus interface converter.According to the boiler make-up water tank water level dynamic regulation of the dispersed limit,where the recovery of condensed water flow,so that the boiler water tank in the storage process of condensed water for cutoff and overflow.
