内蒙古风能资源数据库共享服务系统

摘要

The wind energy resource database sharing system is one of the main content of the wind energy resources in Inner Mongolia detailed investigation and evaluation of projects.It,s data supporting part of the wind energy resource assessment work in Inner Mongolia. System uses WebGIS technology to release to users of Inner Mongolia wind observation network observational data, historical data of the meteorological reference station. These are achieving the effect of a good data display and data analysis. Meanwhile, the completion of the database and put into the business applications, provide a rich and reliable information in accordance with the meteorological department to do a good job in Inner Mongolia wind power forecasting and further development of wind energy resource development and utilization.%风能资源数据库共享服务系统是内蒙古风能资源详查与评估项目建设的主要内容之一，是内蒙古地区风能资源评估工作的数据支撑部分。系统采用WebGIS技术，把内蒙古地区风能观测网的观测数据、气象参证站历史资料发布给用户，达到了很好的数据展示和数据分析的效果。同时，数据库的建成并投入业务应用，为气象部门做好内蒙古地区风功率预报和进一步开展风能资源开发利用提供了丰富可靠的资料依据。
