煤炭企业人力资源管理信息系统的应用研究

摘要

As coal is a main source of energy for China,along with economic development and national emphasis on the energy industry,coal enterprises tend to be developed to large-scale and modernized,but the informationization level of coal enterprises is still low commonly.Human resources are the core power for enterprise competition.This paper expounds how to effectively apply information technology to human resources management system of coal enterprise,sets up B/S structure system model and researches the methods and techniques about how to apply DSS theory to information system,to provide technical support for developing advanced features of the system next step.%煤炭是我国的主导能源,随着经济的发展以及国家对能源产业的重视,煤炭企业趋向于规模化、现代化发展,但煤炭企业的信息化应用水平较低。人才是企业竞争的核心动力,文章阐述如何有效地将信息技术应用到煤炭企业人力资源管理中,建立了B/S结构的系统模型,并对如何将DSS理论应用到信息系统的方法和技术进行了研究,为下一步实现系统的高级功能提供技术支持。
