轮胎爆胎预警系统硬件设计的可靠性研究

         

摘要

The principle, development and application of tire burst early-warning system were introduced, and two important aspects of hardware design were analyzed. First by improving battery design and low-frequency wake-up technology the system's total working time was extended; and second, through the design of the detection-side antenna the data transmission efficiency was enhanced. Compared with traditional technology, the function, physical dimensions and operating costs of system were improved. The designed tire burst early-warning system has a certain practical value, and lays a foundation for the widely use of tire burst early-warning system.%介绍了轮胎爆胎预警系统的原理、发展及应用,重点分析了在爆胎预警系统硬件设计中的两个重要环节:一是通过改进电池设计以及LF低频唤醒技术来延长系统总的工作时问.二是通过检测端天线的设计来加强数据的传输效率。与传统技术相比,这些改进在系统功能、实物尺寸和运行成本上都有所改善,具有一定的实用价值,为爆胎预警系统的广泛应用打下一定基础。
