一种电子元器件的简易测量方法

     

摘要

To slave measurement problems of the electronic components (for example R,C),a measurement method is proposed.This method uses 555 Oscillation circuit as measurement basement,and uses single chip micro-computer (C8051F060) as controlling centre.This method can compute corresponding value of electronic components,though sampling 555 Oscillation circuit output frequency.A higher measurement precision is conducted,on the other hand,it is so easy to realize automation of instrumentation.Application result is shown that the proposed method can reduce circuit components,and is easy to design.The measurement error is in ±5%.It is valid to measure for users.%针对电子元件的测量问题,提出了一种简易测量方法.采用555多谐振荡电路,通过C8051F060单片机控制测量电阻、电容对应振荡电路所产生的频率实现各个参数的测量,一方面测量精度较高,另一方面便于使仪表实现自动化,并可语音播报使其更加智能化.应用结果表明:该测量方法所用元器件少、电路简单,误差在±5%以内,满足实际测量要求.
