遥控式红外可燃气体探测器的研制

         

摘要

The combustible gas fire is more harmful than other various types of fire,and in the process of production and use,it can easily initiate a fire or explosion once leaked.The importance of gas detector is that it can bring about the real-time detection of the concentration changes of combustible gases in the air and make early warning to avoid serious fire accidents.This paper devises a new kind of remote infrared combustible gas detector based on the NDIR detection principle,and introduces the hardware and software design and the structure of the device,and it also describes its specific implementation process which regards methane gas as the detection object.The measurement range of the detector is 0~100%LEL,its resolution ratio can come up to 0.2% LEL,and its response time is less than 30 seconds.%可燃气体引起的火灾是各类火灾中危害较严重的一种,在生产和使用过程中一旦泄露,极易引发火灾甚至爆炸事故.气体探测器的重要性在于实时检测环境中可燃气体的浓度变化并提前报警,避免严重火灾事故的发生.本文设计了一种基于NDIR检测原理的远程遥控式红外可燃气体探测器,介绍了该装置的软硬件设计及结构组成,叙述以甲烷气体为检测对象实现其具体实施过程.本探测器的测量范围为0~100%LEL,分辨率可达到0.2%LEL,响应时间<30 s.
