轧制力精度决定了冷轧带钢厚度的精度与板形的好坏,而轧制过程中的摩擦力对轧制力影响又至关重要.为了提高冷轧机轧制力的计算精度,建立了对轧制力影响的主要模型之一摩擦模型.文中分析了对带钢在轧制过程中的摩擦力造成影响的各种因素与之间的计算关系,并采用BP神经网络对摩擦系数的影响因子进行校正,最后通过对冷轧带钢离线数据进行仿真实验,结果表明通过BP神经网络校正过后的摩擦模型预计算的轧制力精度很好,可以应用于生产.%Accuracy of rolling force determines the cold strip thickness accuracy and flatness is good or bad,and in the process of rolling friction force is very important to rolling force.In order to improve the cold rolling mill rolling force calculation accuracy,we established the friction model which is one of the most important model of rolling force modol.This paper analyzes the various factors of friction and calculation,and use the BP neural network to revise the influence factors.Finally through the cold rolled strip offline data simulation,the results show that through the friction model which is used the BP neural network to revised the rolling force accuracy is very good.The friction model can be applied to production.
