基于聚类分析的警车巡逻方案的研究

         

摘要

Police cars patrolling the roads in the city not only can awe criminals and control crime rate, but also can reduce the alarm processing time and raise response efficiency. They have significance for the maintenance of public order and protection of social harmony. In this paper, we got regional coverage and minimum number of police cars patrolling on urban roads that meet the time requirements based on the theory of clustering analysis in pattern recognition. Then an optimal police cars configuration and deployment for the department of traffic police is proposed. And proved it can raise response efficiency of police cars effectually.%警车在城市道路上巡弋,既能够对违法犯罪分子起到震慑作用,有效控制犯罪率,又能加快接处警时间提高反应时效,为社会和谐提供有力的保障.本文以模式识别中聚类分析理论为基础,定量的给出城市道路间警车的覆盖模式和所需配置的最少警车数量,并给出最优的警车配置及巡逻方案.通过实例说明该方法能够有效的提高警车出警效率.
