基于PLC的电路板尺寸检测机控制系统设计

本文首先介绍了电路板尺寸检测机的组成部分，在此基础上设计了检测机的控制系统，包括硬件和软件设计。对控制系统的硬件进行了选型，设计了电气原理图；分析了检测机的动作流程，给出了程序流程图。通过实验室模拟调试和现场调试，达到了预期的检测要求。%This article first introduces the part of the circuit board size testing machine , on the basis of the testing machine control system is designed, including hardware and software design. Hardware of the control system for the selection, design the electrical schematic diagram;Analyzes the action process of testing machine, the program flow chart is given. Through lab simulation and site commissioning testing, reached the desired test requirements.
