重庆电力公司信息化SG-ERP架构建设与分析

摘要

To achieve the scientific development of information technology and guarantee a smooth and continuous information system, Chongqing Electric Power Corporation (CQEPC) builds comparatively complete enterprise architecture using meta-model based on assets of SG186 IT Project. It contains business architecture, data architecture, application architecture and technique architecture. The proposed architecture is on the basis of the specific SG-ERP infrastructure and take the company's current informationization situations and business development requirements, which is to construct and implement informationized SG-ERP architecture according with enterprise development by steps. Practice proves that the informationized SG-ERP architecture is practicable and provides strong support for the construction of modern enterprise with benefits.%为实现公司信息化科学发展，保证管理过程中平稳持续的信息系统，重庆市电力公司以SG186信息化工程为基础，通过元模型方法构建了比较完善的公司级信息化架构，包含业务架构、数据架构、应用架构和技术架构，并在SG-ERP基本架构的基础上，结合公司信息化建设的现有情况和公司业务发展需要，通过架构资产梳理与差异化分析等步骤，建设并实施符合公司发展的信息化SG-ERP架构。通过实践论证了公司信息化SG-ERP架构的可行性，为建设“一强三优”现代公司提供了坚强支撑。
