基于改善锂电池中电芯自动化卷绕品质为目的,通过采用数据分析的方法,现场采集全自动卷绕电芯的厚度、宽度、中心距、整齐度的尺寸,采用MINITAB软件对采集的数据归类进行分析,找出数据之间存在的规律性和特殊性,从而分析产生产品质量的原因,以达到改善产品质量的目的。%Based on the improvement of lithium batteries for the purpose of automatic winding quality, by using the method of data analysis, site acquisition batteries automatic winding thickness, width and center distance, uniformity of size, using MINITAB software collected data normalization class analysis to identify the existence of regularity and specificity between the data to analyze the causes of product quality in order to achieve the purpose of improving product quality.
