基于光散射法的粉尘浓度检测技术研究

     

摘要

本文基于光散射法的粉尘浓度检测技术,通过精密激光技术、光微弱信号放大与滤波技术和ARM微处理器和复杂可编程逻辑器件CPLD的双核并行处理技术的研究,实现了粉尘浓度传感器的低功耗、高精度、高可靠性、运算处理高速度,并通过特殊的测试光路机构设计和处理,延长了维护时间,并提高了实用性。%In this paper, dust concentration measurement technique based on the light scattering method , the precision laser technology, the light low voltage signal amplifying and the dual-core parallel processing technology with ARM microprocessor and complex programmable logic device CPLD is presented with the characteristic of low power consumption , high precision, high speed and high reliability. The sensor can be graced the maintenance time and improved the practicability due to the special mechanism design and processing.
