基于PLC技术的模糊PID控制程序设计与开发

     

摘要

PLC (programmable controller) because of its special corresponding automation equipment in the automation industry, more and more get the attention of the relevant workers in the automation industry, and its status is also more and more important. In recent years, more and more automation development more and more widely application of PLC technology in the process of production, this is mainly because of its powerful amounts of PID arithmetic data, and other functions. In this paper, aiming at the problem of PLC technology in the fuzzy PID control of analysis and research, and to design and develop the corresponding algorithm and the programming process, it is concluded that the most effective design method. The actual application shows that this method can effectively improve system efficiency, and easy to operate, achieving the purpose of development.%PLC(可编程控制器)因为其专门对应自动化产业中的自动化设备,在自动化产业中越来越受到相关工作者的重视,并且其地位也越来越重要。近年来,越来越多的自动化开发生产过程中对PLC技术的应用越来越广泛,这主要是因为其有着强大的大量的PID数据运算等功能。本文主要针对PLC技术在模糊PID控制时的问题进行分析与研究,并且设计和开发出对应的算法以及编程的过程,得出最有效的设计办法。实际的应用表明,该方法可以有效的提高系统的使用效率,并且操作简便,达到了开发目的。
