To improve the work efficiency of Library Based on the purpose, put forward the system scheme based on.NET platform design, through the design andtest on.NET platform, using ASP.NET technology, is obtained by using SQLsever2008 as the database and using B/S library management systemstructure has the advantages of reliable, safe, stable, and reached the requirement of design.%基于提高图书馆工作效率的目的，提出了基于.NET平台设计的系统方案，通过在.NET平台上设计和测试，得出了采用ASP.NET技术、利用SQLsever2008作为数据库和采用B/S结构构建的图书管理系统具有可靠、安全、稳定的优点，达到了设计要求。
