基于HL7 V3.0的医疗数据交互研究

摘要

在新医改的推动下，建立数字化"医疗联合体"和"区域医疗平台"成为医疗信息化发展的必然趋势。由于各个医疗部门的软硬件条件各异，系统开发商不同，导致多种关系数据库共存的局面。 HL7 V3.0相对于之前版本做了大量优化，本文在分析了HL7 V3.0原理的基础上，设计一个基于XML的异构医疗信息交互策略。该策略能在对已有HIS不做改动的前提下，采用外挂中间件的模式，在系统间高效、安全的处理、传输基于XML格式的HL7消息，解决异构医疗系统间数据交互的问题。%The establishment of digital Medical Union and Regional medical platform has become Inevitable trend of medical imformation development due to the drive of new medical reform.But many kinds of different relation databases coexist,as a result of soft and hard condition differnces in every medical departments.HL7 V3,0 has made a lot of improvements compare to order version,This paper designs a heterogeneous medical imformation interactive strategy based on XML,after analysed the principle of HL7 V3.0.This strategy can safely process and transfer HL7 messages based on XML format in different systems efficiently.That do not need modification of order HIS and solving the problem of dataexchange in heterogeneous medical systems.
