摘要

本项目旨在应用空间查询分析和信息展现技术，提出应急指挥地理信息系统的整套技术方案，构建一套完整、可靠、符合实际需要的应急指挥系统，满足应急指挥快速、高效的要求。%This project aims at the application of spatial query and spatial analysis and information display technology, the scheme proposed emergency geographic information system, build a set of complete, reliable, consistent with the actual needs of the emergency command system, to meet the requirements of fast and efficient emergency command.
