高效电源转换芯片TPS54360及其应用

     

摘要

通过对煤矿用本安电源在煤矿电压变化范围较大、浪涌冲击时有发生的环境下稳定性差、转换效率低等实际问题的研究,采用具有优良输入特性的高效DC/DC功率转换芯片实现新型本安电源技术。经过实验室试验、现场检验,证明采用该芯片实现的本安电源可有效提高电源的可靠性和转换效率,同时还增加了电源容量,使本安电源在煤矿更多领域发挥作用。%This article through to the coal mine safety power supply in the coal mine large voltage range, surge shocks occur under the environment of poor stability, low conversion efficiency and practical problems of study, with excellent input characteristics of high efficiency DC/DC power conversion chip to realize new safety power supply technology.Through laboratory test and field test, proving that the chip was adopted to realize the safety power supply can effectively improve the reliability of power supply and the conversion efficiency, but also increased the power capacity, make the Ann power play a role in the field of coal mine more.
