提出基于位置关系提取和识别图形特征的算法进行印刷电路板(PCB)机械尺寸检测。挑选一幅符合标准的PCB图像作为标准图,在标准图中创建一个用来进行图像匹配的模板并且确定待测特征的测量区域、测量类型、标准尺寸和公差。采用模板匹配的方法定位PCB检测特征的测量区域,根据测量特征的种类,选择合适的方法进行图形特征的提取和识别,对比标准尺寸和公差,判断PCB是否合格。本文针对PCB的检测要求,提出了快速有效的自动化检测方法。%An algorithm was proposed for mechanical dimension inspection of PCB, it is based on position relationship to extract and discern graphic feature .A standard PCB image were selected as the standard drawing , in which creating a template used for image matching and determine the detection area and classification, standard size and tolerance of detection characteristics. Adopting the method of template matching to locate the PCB detection area. According to the classification of the detection characteristic,Adopting the appropriate method to extract and discern graphic feature. comparing to a standard size and tolerance, Determining whether the PCB is qualified. Based on the detection requirements for PCB, fast effective automated detection method is proposed.
