传统的短信功能已无法满足电力行业生产类短信的特殊要求，针对这种情况，提出了一种基于JAVA的多业务综合短信平台设计方案，将国电大渡河流域梯级电站集控中心各生产系统的短信服务统一纳入到短信平台中集中管理，实现多类型特殊短信定制发送方式。结果表明，该设计方案规范了整个企业的短信服务，实现了审核短信和段次短信功能，适应了电力行业对特殊生产短信服务的需求。%The traditional short message service has been unable to meet the special requirements of the power industry production message, in view of this situation, the paper proposed a design scheme of multi service integrated short message platform based on JAVA, Some production system short message service in Dadu River cascading powerplant control center has been centralized management in the short message platform, Realization of multi type special custom SMS sending mode.
