分布式电源调控系统设计

         

摘要

For the current wind power and solar power have the characteristics of intermittent and volatile, and the problems of peak shifting and frequency regulation, the adaptive grid, voltage control, safety and stability are brought after the distributed power especially wind power, solar power large number of access distribution network, a new distributed power regulation system is proposed and designed. The distributed power regulation system based on centralized architecture uses the distributed power optimal control technology of given dispatch gateway power and the hierarchical classification joint coordination control technology, implements the functions of data collection, load forecasting, power generation forecasting and coordinated optimal control. Finally, a typical engineering application case is introduced.%针对目前风力发电、光伏发电均受天气影响具有间歇性、波动性的特点,以及分布式电源特别是风电、太阳能发电大量接入配电网后给电网带来的系统调峰调频、电网适应性、电压控制、安全稳定性等问题,研制出了一种分布式电源调控系统。在集中式体系结构的基础上,运用给定调度关口功率的分布式电源最优控制技术和分层分级分布式电源联动协调控制技术,实现了分布式电源调控运行数据采集、负荷预测、发电功率预测以及协调优化控制等功能。文中具体介绍了分布式电源调控系统的设计思想、系统功能、关键技术以及典型工程应用。
