基于Hyperlynx的反射仿真与分析

摘要

反射是高速电路信号完整性的一个重要内容，在高速电路设计中是不可忽视的。研究T型拓扑的反射计算方法，并借助MentorGraphics公司的信号完整性分析工具HyperLynx仿真软件，对信号反射的多种因素进行分析。最后根据仿真结果，提出了减小反射的有效措施。%Reflection is an important part of the signal integrity of high speed circuit,which can not be ignored in the design of high speed circuit. Research reflection calculation method of T type topology,and with the help of MentorGraphics company’s signal integrity analysis tool HyperLynx simulation software,analyse various factors of signal reflection.Finally, propose the effective measures to reduce the reflection according to the simulation results.
