基于ANP综合分析法的医院建筑节能风险研究

     

摘要

In this paper, in order to solve the hospital building energy conservation issues, implied the energy management contract projects and AHP comprehensive analysis to study the relationships between a number of complex risk factors that the project evaluation involved, established the index system of projects with three indicators of risk factors evaluation, transferred the relationship among the indexes in the network layer to be fully reflected. On the basis of the theory of ANP level model, used the MATLAB software to calculate the ultimate super-ultra-matrix and matrix, finally obtained the three indicators of risk assessment and re-analyze the results of the sort. The example showed that risk assessment of building energy efficiency projects at a low risk level, affirmed the validity of energy-saving programs.%本文针对医院建筑节能问题,采用合同能源管理模式和综合分析的网络层次分析法来研究项目评价所涉及的相互关系比较复杂的众多风险因素,建立含有三级指标的项目风险评价因素指标体系,使各指标之间的传递关系在网络层中得以充分体现.在ANP理论的基础上构建层次模型,利用MATLAB软件计算超矩阵和极限超矩阵,最终得到风险评价三级指标的权重并分析其排序结果.实例结果表明,建筑节能项目的风险评价处于低风险水平,肯定了节能方案的正确性.
