In order to avoid the solid state power controller error protection, proposed a design based on limiting protection modules TL431 constant current circuits and complete system of hardware and software design.The design by the modeling and simulation in Saber, and validates our design DC solid state controller has a short-circuit protection, overcurrent protection and avoid nuisance tripping, error protection intelligent protection function.This article SSPC design saves manpower and resources, reducing the cost of experiments to provide reference and basis for SSPC applications, thus shortening the development cycle of new aircraft, meet the design requirements.%为了避免固态功率控制器(Solid State Power Controller,SSPC)误跳闸、误保护,提出了一种基于TL431的恒流电路的限流保护模块的设计方案,并完成系统的软硬件设计。该设计通过在Saber上的建模与仿真,验证了所设计直流固态控制器具有短路保护、过流保护和避免误跳闸、误保护的智能保护功能。文中SSPC的设计大大节省了人力物力、减少了实验成本、为SSPC的应用提供参考和依据,从而缩短新型飞机的研制周期,达到了设计要求。
