LabVIEW与PLC结合在混凝土工作性测控仪中的应用

     

摘要

This paper is aimed at revising the paper "Measure and Controller of Concrete Workability Based on Modbus Protocol". According to the experimental requirements and the feedback of the use of the original device, a set of new measure and controller of concrete Workability, which is more precise and practical, was designed. The new type of instrument used PLC to control the electrical machinery revolving and sensors and solenoid valve to achieve automatic continuous test. The lower computer and the upper computer was communicated using the Modbus protocol. Then achieved Real time monitoring and data mining and analysis of experimental data through operating the upper computer. Because of the improvement of the instrument and experimental method, the more accurate results compared with the past can be obtained.%本文是针对论文《基于Modbus协议的混凝土工作性测控仪》[1]的修正。根据实验要求并结合原装置的使用反馈情况,设计了一套相对于原装置更加精密、实用的混凝土工作性测控仪。新型仪器利用PLC控制多个电机转动以及传感器、电磁阀的工作实现自动连续测试。通过Modbus协议下位机与上位机进行通讯,利用上位机对实验过程进行实时监控以及对实验数据进行挖掘和分析。通过仪器以及实验方法的改良得到了相较于过去更加准确的结果,能够有效的测试混凝土的工作性参数。
