一种新型无创测量上臂收缩压的方法

     

摘要

The brachial systolic pressure is the key human paramenters of the blood pressure, the accurate and effective blood pressure measurement is important to the clinical diagnosis of disease, curative effect and prognosis judgement, etc. In order to further accurate blood pressure measurement accuracy,the paper is bringing forward a more exact noninvasive method of measuring brachial systolic pressure, and this method uses a piezoelectric pulse sensor placed on the radial artery of wrist to judge the systolic pressure. After measurement and calculation, This method compared with auscultation method to get the mean and standard deviation of 3 mmHg and 2.9 mmHg. Not only meet the requirements of AAMI standards, and the accuracy is higher. so the validity and accuracy of this method was verified.%上臂收缩压是人体关键的血压参数,准确有效的血压测量结果对临床上诊断疾病、观察治疗效果、进行预后判断等具有重要的意义。为了进一步精准血压测量的准确性,本文提出了一种新型的上臂收缩压无创测量方法,本方法利用放置在腕部桡动脉处的压电脉搏传感器来感测上臂收缩压事件的发生,经测量和计算,本方法与听诊法相比较得到的均值和标准差分别为3mmHg和2.9mmHg,不仅满足AAMI标准的要求,而且准确性较高,从而验证了本方法的有效性和准确性。
