通过分析变频器和PLC技术,并针对在四辊轴交流传动控制系统中,设计应用该技术,以便可以优化设计提升系统性能。结果证实,在四辊轴交流传动控制系统中,应用变频器和PLC技术,能够实现对4台电机速度的同步控制,提升四辊轴交流传动控制性能,提升高达20.0%,可发挥实用价值。故此对于四辊轴交流传动控制系统中,可以应用变频器和PLC技术,能够发挥工程模拟特性,提升系统设计性能,发挥积极影响。%Through the analysis of inverter and PLC technology, and in the four roll axis AC drive control system, design and application of the technology, in order to optimize the design and improve the system performance. The results confirmed that the four roll axis AC drive control system, the application of inverter and PLC technology, to achieve the synchronous control of 4 motor speed, to enhance the four roll axis AC drive control performance, improve as high as 20%, can play a practical value.
