Vehicle Networking (IOV) is a typical application example in the field of Internet of things, from the perception layer, network layer and application layer of the whole architecture to form the specific information service of the communication network. This study on the brief analysis of vehicle network data transmission mechanism based on, in the heterogeneous network, by constructing the objective function of the vehicle scheduling system, respectively to the warehouse area and vehicle access area construction Acer station and femtocell subcarrier number, the use of water resources allocation algorithm of regional vehicle users of sub channel and power allocation. Finally, the water resource allocation algorithm and Channel original power allocation algorithm are simulated and compared. The results show that the proposed algorithm can reduce the interference of the family base station to the micro cell users in the heterogeneous network, and the performance of the two kinds of base station is better.%车联网(IOV)是物联网领域中典型应用范例,从其整体架构的感知层、网络层和应用层构成通信承载网络的具体信息服务。本研究在简要分析车联网数据传输机制的基础上,通过构建车辆调度系统的目标函数,在异构网络条件下分别对仓库区域和车辆通道区域构建宏基站与家庭基站子载波数量,并提出一种注水式资源分配算法对区域内用户车辆进行子信道功率分配。最后该注水式资源分配算法与信道等功率原始分配算法进行仿真比较,结果表明:该算法在异构网络下可减小家庭基站对微小区用户车辆的干扰,且在两种基站下子信道具有更好接收信号的性能。
