基于激光三角测量的飞机起飞最小离地间隙测量

     

摘要

The flying test of the aircraft requires that the measuring of the minimum height to the ground of the plane should be rapidly and precisely. The first application of the laser triangulation principle in the measurement of such parameter, and formulate a nubile on-board system. The sensor calibrates the distance to the ground, the moving average and the gray center method make the parameter more precise. The recorder get the parameters and translates them to the ground station. The comprehensive calculation of the parameters eventually get the minimum height, and such calculation has taken the attitude angle of the plane in consideration. Such progress of the calculation is reliable and meets the demand of the take-off test.%根据某型飞机试飞任务需求,亟待对飞机起飞最小离地间隙进行精确测量。本文首次基于激光三角测量原理对该距离参数的测量进行了研究,并制定完整的机载测量方案。飞机起飞过程中激光测距传感器实测其对地距离,测量过程中采用滑动平均和灰度重心法对测距精度进行优化。记录器将传感器输出的距离参数与飞机姿态参数一并进行记录并发送遥测。事后对各参数进行换算得出飞机起飞最小离地间隙数据,换算过程中有效地排除了飞机姿态角偏离对测距精度的影响。试验证明该测量方法准确可靠,且测试方案满足试飞任务需求。
