一种便携式易燃爆物探测装置设计

     

摘要

Mainly for explosives, alcohol detection,we designed a device to detect Combustible and explosive materials.The device using MSP430 microcontroller, including driver, display, keypad, alarm, expanding interface module. Detection of dynamite is based on molecularly imprinted piezoelectric sensor, using molecular imprinting recognition of specific characteristics. Can accurately detect TNT、HMX and other explosives. According to experimental verification,detection Error is within 0.05%. Combustible detection device using an alcohol sensor, can detect air in concentrations ranging from 10~1 000 ppm alcohol. The device features are portable, low power consumption, small size, high sensitivity ,are available for inspection at the airport, subway, and so on.%设计了一种易燃易爆危险品的探测装置,主要针对炸药、酒精进行探测。探测装置采用MSP430为微控制器,同时包括驱动、显示、按键、报警、拓展接口等模块。其中爆炸物的探测是基于分子印迹压电传感器,传感器利用分子印迹的专一性识别能力的特点,可对TNT、奥克托今等炸药准确探测,经实验验证,检测误差在0.05%之内。易燃探测装置采用酒精传感器,可以探测空气中浓度范围10~1000 ppm的酒精。该装置具有便携式、低功耗,体积小,灵敏度高的特点,可用于机场、地铁等处的安全检查。
