基于SOPC的手持式航空线缆检测仪设计

     

摘要

由于军用飞机体积较小,布线空间狭窄,机务人员检查线路非常困难,为了解决飞机上“不可视、不可达”区域的线路检测问题,分析了航空线缆故障产生的原因,研究了基于时域反射技术的航空线缆检测方法,设计了基于SOPC (System on Programmable Chip)的手持式航空线缆检测仪,并以1553B航空线缆为测试对象,验证了该检测仪对于开路故障、短路故障的检测效果.%Because of the small volume of military aircraft,the routing space is so narrow that maintenance personnel is very difficult to check the cables;in order to test cables which are "unvisible and unaccessible",the causes of cable fault are analyzed,and the testing method based on time domain reflectometry (TDR) is studied,then,the handheld aircraft cable tester is designed based on System on Programmable Chip (SOPC).The tester has also been verificated through testing one type of aircraft cable named 1553B,which correctly shows the open circuit fault and short circuit fault.
