基于FPGA的测角电路在惯导测试设备中的应用

         

摘要

文中提出了一种基于可编程逻辑器件FPGA的光电编码器测量系统,在功能上能够完全替代国外专用正交解码器芯片.此系统利用专用滤波模块提高电路抗干扰性能,应用VHDL语言描述四倍频细分、辨向、加减计数等组成电路.经实际项目论证,该测量系统在保证测量精度的前提下,可以有效滤除噪声干扰和消除抖动,工作稳定可靠,控制方便.因此,它对提高编码器分辨率,实现高精度、高稳定性的信号检测及位置伺服控制具有一定的现实意义.%This paper presents a photoelectric encoder measuring system based on complex programmable logic device FPGA, which can completely replace foreign special orthogonal decoder chip on the function. The special filter module of its system was designed to improve the anti-interference. The four fold-frequency subdivision, discerning direction and up/down counting circuit were described by VHDL. The result indicates that the system can effectively eliminate noise and dither with high-reliability and convenient control on the premise of measuring accuracy. So it has improved resolving power of encoder and realized signal detection and position servo control of high accurate and high stable.
