低压电器检测用交流恒流源系统设计

         

摘要

To do low-voltage electrical appliances Low-voltage switchgear and controlgear experiments , improve the detection efficiency and enhance detection platform ,We propose a set of low-voltage electrical products detection apparatus of modular construction ,fully integrated with digital signal processing, power electronic technology and network communications, and other new technologies,to temperature rise detection function, dielectric function test function, protection circuit effectiveness, electrical gap and climb distance and other functions in one set ,using PLC and realize the modular combination of detection device,so accurate AC current can be output in PID control theory,And keeping the field test data collection, processing,through network communications to detect real-time data transmission. Practice shows that this design has the characteristics of high speed , high precision and strong practicability.%为了进行低压电器中低压成套开关设备和控制设备的型式试验,提高检测效率和提升检测平台,提出一套模块化结构的低压电器产品检测装置,充分结合数字信号处理、电力电子技术和网络通讯等新技术,将温升检测功能、介电性能检测功能、保护电路有效性、电气间隙和爬电距离等功能集于一体,采用可编程控制器,实现检测装置的模块化组合,在PID控制理论下能够输出精确的交流电流,并进行现场试验数据的采集、处理,通过网络通讯对检测数据实时传输.实践表明,本设计具有速度快、精度高、实用性强等特点.
