考虑出行规律的电动汽车规模化协调充电

         

摘要

In view of the electric vehicle charging load modeling and optimization ,this paper builds a 0-1 integer programming model for large scale EV connected into the power system and solves the model with combined strategy of extended differential evolution algorithm and branch-bound method. The distribution network simulation results prove that the coordinated charging strategies can help to control the charging load demand and reduce the power losses by 0.3%. Considering the difficulties for promoting the coordinated charging policy , this paper proposes a method for economical analysis of the policy, which gives the economical promoting ratio about 50%to 80%of consumers.%针对电动汽车规模化充电负荷建模与优化充电,建立了电动汽车接入配电网的0-1整数规划模型,采用扩展微分进化算法与分枝定界法相结合的方法进行求解,得到电动汽车规模化协调充电控制策略;通过配电网仿真实验,证明该策略能够实现电动汽车充电负荷的有效控制,实现"削峰填谷"的效果,降低配电网网损0.3%左右;考虑用户接受协调充电政策的意愿,对协调充电政策的经济性进行分析,结果表明将优化充电政策推广人群比例定于50-80%范围内经济性较好.
