The purpose of this paper is to study the management of computer network security design and implementation of related content. In the practical application of computer network , in order to further improve the level of safety of computer network , progressive optimization design of the security policy of computer network, the water safety system can be optimized, multiple aspects from the system requirements analysis, functional design, design the system. The results show that the design and implementation of security system based on the computer network , the security of the network information protection is very important can not only to enhance the computer network safety , avoid network attack and network intrusion etc. and computer network operation efficiency , enhance 24.0%, play an active design and realize the benefit.
