一种基于示波器的时域EMI测量技术

         

摘要

For the problems such as the long measurement period of traditional EMI receiver,the complex system of time-domain EMI,and its expensive test,an efficient EMI system of time-domain is designed,which base on the oscilloscope,by the means of real-time digital signal processing with DSP.Combine with accurate and reliable measurement results of oscilloscope,and optimal configuration of the system,the results of simulated test proved that the measurement efficiency could be improved more than ten times.To a measurement project,it only needs ninety seconds to finish by the time-domain EMI system,however,thirty minutes must be consumed to the EMI receiver.The maximum deviation between the two methods is just point eight dB,which shows the new method is accurate and reliable,and worthy of application extension.%针对传统EMI接收机测量周期长,而现有的时域EMI接收机系统复杂、测试成本高昂等问题,基于示波器等通用测量仪器,通过DSP等硬件单元的实时数字信号处理方法,设计出了一种简便、高效的时域EMI测量系统.结合示波器准确和可靠的测量结果,以及测量系统的优化配置,通过仿真试验验证,一个传统EMI接收机需要30分钟方可完成的测量项目,该系统仅需90秒即可完成,测量效率提高了10倍以上,且两种不同测量方法所测得的结果最大相差仅0.8 dB,说明本方法准确、可靠,同时具有较高的推广应用价值.
