基于层次遗传算法的人力资源供应链平台研究

     

摘要

针对人力资源供应链中生产商能够获得充足的人力供给优化问题,本研究以供应商、用人单位和生产商构建人力资源供应链系统平台,采用双层规划模型描述人力资源供应链问题,以人力资源成本和生产商用人的总费用最低为目标,分别建立上、 下层规划优化模型,利用层次遗传算法(HGA)作为求解模型的算法,并用模拟仿真证明了该算法的有效性:决策者和生产商目标的Pareto Optimality最优解分别集中在的[-3,-2]和[6,8]之间,优化解选取(-2.75,7.0)和(-2.25,8.0).该算法实现了人力资源供应利益的最大化,且为人力资源的高效供给提供决策依据.%For human resource supply chain manufacturers can obtain sufficient manpower supply optimization problem, this research suppliers, employers and manufacturers to build human resources supply chain systems platform, bilevel programming model to describe the human resource supply chain issues, to human effectiveness of resource costs and the total cost of production of commercial human minimum targets were established on the lower level optimization model using hierarchical genetic algorithm (HGA) as the algorithm model, and use simulation proved that the algorithm is:policy makers and manufacturer goals Pareto Optimality optimal solutions were concentrated in the [-3 ,-2] and between [6,8], select the optimal solution (-2.75,7.0) and (-2.25,8.0). The algorithm maximizes the supply of human resources interests, and provide decision-making basis for the efficient supply of human resources.
