配电网同期线损监测系统的设计与实现

     

摘要

Aiming at the various problems of line loss management such as function is single , take statistics as the main issue, the analysis function is weak, the management pattern has the big difference and the standard is not unified and so on. This paper proposed the design scheme of line loss monitoring and management system based on the analysis of line loss calculation and management requirement , and detailed the testing function and process which the system could realize. The software and hardware of the platform system were designed and the function of each composition module were analyzed. Taking the power supply line in a district of Fuzhou city as an example ,10kV distribution line network with 18 load nodes which are included in this section ,application of independent research and developed synchronous line loss monitoring system in distribution network to calculate and on line monitoring test. Test results show that the actual power loss and the actual line loss rate and monitoring of power loss and monitoring the relative error of line loss rate is 0.597% and 2.846% respectively. The calculated results are close to the measured bus losses ,which has proved that the validity and practicability of the system.%针对线损管理所面临的功能单一、以统计为主、分析功能薄弱、管理模式存在较大差异性以及规范不统一等问题.通过分析同期线损计算与管理需求的基础上提出了相关的线损监测与管理系统设计方案,详述了系统可实现的测试功能及流程,设计了该平台的软、硬件系统并分析了各组成模块及其功能.以福州市某区供电线路作为为例,通过对该段线路包含的18个负荷节点的10kV配电线路网络,应用自研的配电网同期线损监测系统进行计算与在线监测试验.试验结果显示,实际电能损耗和实际线损率与监测电能损耗和监测线损率的相对误差分别为0.597%和2.846%,计算结果与同期实测总线损相接近,证明了该系统的有效性和实用性.
