基于CT图像的辅助骨肿瘤切除手术的计算机导航系统r设计与实现

         

摘要

计算机导航系统在骨肿瘤切除手术中可以起到传统治疗无法比拟的作用,基于CT图像的模拟导航系统可以对肿瘤位置进行精确定位,特别是对高度不规则骨肿瘤在临床治疗中,辅助制定精确的三维立体放疗计划,以及后续的手术方案.该系统提供了比常规情形下准确的定位,可以清楚区分骨肿瘤周围的正常组织部分,系统模拟指导手术切除骨肿瘤后并能够实现切除后的重建.该导航系统设计过程中主要考虑将CT图像处理,三维模型立体定位及骨肿瘤切除手术的临床方案结合起来,突出体数据处理与可视化,多模态图像配准和空间配准,以及三维空间定位技术等关键技术的融合.该系统可以辅助临床人员准确切除骨肿瘤并迅速进行切除后的重建,其具有很强的实用性和临床价值.%Computer navigation system can be a great help in bone tumor resection surgery that traditional treatment cannot compare with. The navigation simulation system based on CT images can locate the tumor accurately, especially when the bone tumors are in irregular shape. It can be helpful in making accurate three-dimensional radiotherapy plan and the following treatment and operations. Compared to the conventional medical procedures , the system can provide precise positioning and distinguish normal tissue around the bone tumors and guide the surgery of removing bone tumors as well as reconstruct after surgery can be implemented. During the design process of the navigation system , the CT image processing, three-dimensional model location and clinical scheme of bone tumor resection surgery had been combined together, with the feature of data processing and visualization, multimodal image registration and space registration , as well as the key technology of 3-d location and ect. The system can assist medical staff remove bone tumors accurately and reconstruct normal tissues immediately after the resection. It has great practical and clinical value.
