三维CT不完全投影重建中的迭代算法研究

     

摘要

This paper focus on the research on 3D CT iterative reconstruction algorithm with incomplete projection data.Simultaneous Algebraic Reconstruction Technique (SART) method is one of the most popular algorithms in iterative reconstruction algorithm.In this paper,an efficient SART algorithm was implemented via incorporating an efficient interpolation filter named Kaiser function,randomly picking projections scheme,as well as multi-threaded programming.On top of this,to have a comprehensive comparison between ray-based and voxel-based iterative algorithms,voxel-based SART and ray-based SART are designed,and detailed experiments to evaluate and compare these two kinds of methods in the scenery of incomplete projection data were conducted,which will be the base for potential different CT applications.%本文针对三维CT不完全数据投影重建中的迭代型重建算法进行研究.联合迭代重建算法(SART)是一种目前被广泛应用的迭代型算法,本文通过引入更加高效的Kaiser插值方法、随机输入投影数据机制,以及运用多线程编程等方式,实现了一种高效、灵活的SART重建方法,与传统SART方法相比,在重建速度和质量上有较大的提高.在此基础上,为了探究迭代型算法中基于射线的投射方式以及基于体数据的投射方式等对不完全投影数据重建的影响,本文设计了详尽的实验来对两种投射方式下的SART方法进行对比实验.
