基于物联网的冷链监测系统设计

         

摘要

Recently the research on Internet of things (IoT) technology is increasing in monitoring food cold chain logistics process.However,most existing IoT technologies still face many challenges in food transport supervision,such as energy consumption,reliability in wireless communication,etc.In this paper,the new low power wireless monitoring system is studied and designed,according to the features and requirements of cold chain monitoring system;the system uses ultra-low power MCU based on ARM Cortex-M0 and Sub-GHz wireless communication scheme,to improve the energy-efficiency,reliability,robustness.The system architecture and detailed hardware design of wireless node are present,which fully meet the requirements of comprehensive monitoring of cold chain and significantly promote the application of cold chain IoT technology.%物联网技术在生鲜食品冷链监测系统中的关注和研究日益增多.然而,目前物联网技术在冷链监测应用中仍面临诸多障碍和挑战;如无线通信能耗、可靠性等.本文根据冷链监测的特点、需求等关键性问题,研究设计新型低功耗无线监测平台;采用基于ARM Cortex-M0内核的超低功耗MCU和Sub-GHz无线通信方案,以提高系统的能效性、可靠性、抗干扰性.本文给出了系统架构和无线节点的详细硬件设计方案,其完全满足冷链过程全面监测的需求,对促进冷链信息化具有一定的实践价值.
