一种分布式ATS控制结构层次模型设计

         

摘要

通过对自动测试系统(ATS)基础框架进行分析,构建包含物理层、逻辑层和应用层的分布式ATS控制结构层次模型.在物理层,以模块化测试单元技术、无线总线桥技术和无线通信网技术为支撑,形成系统平台运行物理基础.在逻辑层,基于自律分散系统(ADS)的两个基本特性构成系统运行的主要逻辑基础.在应用层,设计了具体的分布式测试系统的控制结构和专门面向测试任务执行的应用流程,并通过有色Pertri网进行控制结构模型仿真,验证了系统流程的可行性.%By analyzing the foundation framework of automatic test system (ATS),a distributed ATS hierarchical control structure model including the physical layer,the logical layer and the application layer was constructed.At the physical layer,the formation of physical basis of the system platform operation is supported by modular test unit technology,WLAN-bus-bridge technology and WLAN communication technology.At the logical layer,the two basic characteristics were mapped to the design of distributed ATS based on the basic theory of autonomous decentralized system (ADS),constitute the main logic basis of the system running;at the application layer,a specific distributed-ATS control architecture and a application process specific for the operation of test tasks were designed,additionally,feasibility of the system were evaluated and verified through the colored Petri net.
